Property Preservation Contractors Wanted
compensation: Contractor paid per work order
We are a family owned regional property preservation company looking for properly equipped property preservation contractors.
Equipment Needed:
-Smartphone
-Truck or Van
-Trailer
-Lawn Equipment
-Air Compressor
-Hand tools and power tools
Requirements:
-Understand property preservation guidelines.
-Have the required equipment to perform requested work orders such as initial cleaning services, lawn cuts, winterization, lock changes, boarding, bidding, securing the property, debris removal, etc.
-Ability to use or learn PPW software/app.
-Every job requires before, during, and after photos taken with a digital camera.
-Property preservation work requires the ability to complete all listed services within required deadlines.
Must have good communication skills, detail oriented & follow work order instructions
Insurance including General Liability
ABC# (Aspen Background Check)
