Property Preservation Contractors

Wanted - Contractors who are motivated and want to grow their businesses within all Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio counties to perform all aspects of REO/PPI work throughout the Pre-Foreclosure/ REO Cycle until property is sold. Must have verifiable experience and be able to pass a background check. Contractors that can take on large service areas are specifically needed. Please do not contact if you are not experienced within this industry.
Services needed are including but not limited to:
General repairs, Digital Lock changes, Winterizations, Grass-cuts, Trash-outs, Re-keys, Evictions, and monthly reoccurring inspections. Co-ordination of completing bids with other trades and coordination of pulling permits when need be, for larger jobs.
MUST-HAVES:
Smart Phone and understanding how to upload photos via email, computer, or app.
Ability to adhere to specific turnaround time is a must.
