Property Preservation Contractors

We are a full-scope preservation company looking for contractors in Massachusetts. The work includes, but is not limited to Debris Removals, Window Boarding, Lock Changes, Winterizations, Snow removal, etc. Our work orders follow different investor guidelines (HUD,FHA,VA, and Fannie Mae). All orders are issued with a 24-48 hour turn around time. Each work order will require a full Property Condition Report, Bids, and Damages. We are a full-scope preservation company.
