Property Preservation contractors and licensed Trade Professionals

Gryphon Group is interested in speaking with Property Preservation contractors that have experience working within the Mortgage Field Services Industry. Our common goal is to ensure the properties we manage are preserved and maintained in a manner that complies with the regulatory guidelines for the loan type as well as any code compliance legislation for the area. Common requirements to secure the property, remove any debris, conduct regular lawn maintenance and winterize when necessary. Must be licensed, insured, and able to pass a background check. We are expanding our Renovation Capabilities in multiple states and are looking for licensed and insured trade professionals, such as plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, HVAC that would enjoy working on small to medium sized rehab projects, can take before and after pictures of their work and complete projects within our clients' deadlines. Computer skills are a must.
