Prime Home Preservation is representing one of the reputed property preservation companies in the US working with multiple Nationals. We are actively looking for Property Preservation Contractors/Handymen/Subcontractors to complete works and maintain foreclosed properties in Virginia.
VIRGINIA: DANVILLE, MADISON, SALEM, SHENANDOAH, CHARLOTTESVILLE, FLOYD, TAZEWELL, SMYTH, GALAX, BRISTOL, MONTGOMERY, HALIFAX, ALBEMARLE, NOTTOWAY, GREENSVILLE, HENRY, STAUNTON, AUGUSTA. PAGE AND OTHER COUNTIES
Payment Term: Weekly
Express payment: Yes. Preferred method: Zelle
Compensation: Per Work Order Basis
Work includes but is not limited to -
1. Regular Preservation Repair - Lawn Care, Securing, Winterization, Snow Removal, Trash-Out, Drywall/Sheetrock, Paint Job, Mold Treatment, etc
2. Roofing
3. Plumbing
4. Mold/Discoloration
5. Repair, etc
Requirements:
1. Own equipment, transportation, and tools to perform work.
**Truck and Trailer, Lawn equipment, Generator, air compressor and winterization equipment, Smartphone/ Tablet with Data Plan, Basic hand tools, Locks, etc.
2. General Liability Insurance of $1M minimum.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.
Expectations: Good communication, On-time submission, and Quality work.
