Reliable Services LLC is a Regional Property Preservation, REO, Hazard claims, and Rehab company. Reliable Services LLC has been in business since 2006. We currently work directly with 14 Nationals clients. We pay weekly direct deposit, and you would be considered an independent contractor not an employee of Reliable Services LLC. You would be responsible to pay your own taxes. Speak with your accountant about tax right offs for car, mileage, cell phone and other expensive for your business. We use Property Preservation Wizard to send and receive orders and results. Most work orders have a 2–5-day turnaround time. Communication, time service and quality work drive volume in this business and score cards.

Property preservation is the process of caring for the inside and outside of a foreclosed property. Typical property preservation maintenance work orders include lock changes, winterizing properties, debris removal, basic cleaning, and grass cuts and weed removal. A maintenance vendor needs to take photos to document property conditions, work completed and photos to support bids for work needed at a property. Experienced needed: Lock change, debris removal, winterizations, lawn maintenance, snow removal, minor repairs, tree and shrub trimming, and bidding skills required
Equipment needed: Smartphone, computer, compressor, generator, trailer, lawn and snow maintenance equipment, and snow removal equipment.
Preferred but not required:
General Liability insurance in the amount of 1 million dollars
