HIVE REO, INC. is a Property Preservation Company located in Indianapolis, IN. We service a wide range of counties in multiple states including: Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida.

We are seeking highly motivated and dependable property preservation contractors to build longstanding partnerships and help us maintain our large contracts with vendors. Solid industry experience is recommended.

This is a 1099 contract position, paid per completed work order.
- Work is assigned based on your county coverage area
- Work order volume may vary
- Payment is issued twice monthly (15th and last day of the month)

Scope of Work (can include but is not limited to)
- Initial property inspections
- Bid requests and documentation
- General handyman repairs
- Property securing and lock changes
- Board-ups (windows and doors)
- Debris and trash removal (trash-outs)
- Grass cuts and lawn maintenance
- Tree trimming and exterior upkeep
- Winterizations
- Snow removal

Requirements:
- Ability to complete work orders within required timelines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Must have own tools, equipment, and supplies
- Ability to take and upload clear photos/documentation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check or currently have an Aspen Grove ABC number
