Property Preservation Contractors Needed ASAP - Biweekly Pay!

Looking for an **experienced** Subcontractor for Property Preservation to cover any/all of the following NY counties: Westchester, Ulster, Sullivan, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, & Dutchess.
Duties include: *Trash outs/Initial Services *Trimmings *Grass Cuts Initial and Grass Recuts *Rekeys *Sales Cleans *Boardings *Lawn Care *Debris Removal *and other maintenance...
MUST know how to upload photos to a phone app & have a smart phone to submit photos
MUST be comfortable with rush orders with a 24/48 hr turn around
MUST be able to follow explicit directions when needed
MUST be able to meet deadlines
MUST be able to pass a background check with no felonies
MUST be a team player with good communication skills that can follow directions and completes required tasks including requests from office staff
Payment varies based upon job/order; we just boarded with a new client who is expected to have a high volume of work available.
We pay bi-weekly after jobs are approved by the client; jobs tend to pay out within 15-30 days after completion.
