🛠️ Scope of Work
🟢 Lawn Care & Landscaping: Mowing, trimming, and general yard maintenance.

🔵 Property Securing: Lock changes, boarding, and securing vacant structures.

🟡 Winterization: Preparing plumbing and systems for seasonal changes.

🔴 Trash-Outs & Debris Removal: Clearing interior/exterior waste and haul-away.

🟣 Minor Repairs: Interior/exterior handyman work, drywall, flooring, and siding.

🟠 Roofing & Tarping: Minor roof repairs, leak prevention, and tarp installation.

🟤 Inspections & Photos: Detailed property condition reporting with time-stamped photos.
