We are seeking experienced, reliable Property Preservation Vendors for work orders across Riverside & San Diego. If you have a proven track record in field services and property maintenance, we are ready to onboard you immediately.
Scope of Work
- Lock changes, rekeys, and door/window boarding.
- Winterizations
- Recurring lawn maintenance, seasonal yard care, and submitting/executing bid approvals.
- Trash-outs, debris removal, initial/janitorial maid services, and .
- Minor/major property repairs, roofing maintenance, and general preservation work.
Key Vendor Requirements
Aspen Grove ABC Number (Active status required)
Property Preservation Wizard (PPW) experience
Equipment & Coverage: Reliable equipment and full service capabilities in your selected coverage areas
Payment Terms
Weekly Direct Deposit: Work Orders paid off within 2 weeks of completion. Consistent, reliable pay every week.
