BLM Companies, LLC has the HUD Property Preservation contract for 27 states. Independent Contractors are needed in the following 21 states: CO, CT, IA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NY, PA, RI, SD, Northern TX, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY. Work includes performing Clean Outs/Debris Removal, Yard Maintenance and Inspections (HPIRs and Routines) to ensure that each property remains clean, secure and well-kept until it sells. We are looking for hard working, responsible, honest individuals and companies. Property preservation/maintenance experience would be helpful, but not required. Training is available.
