Do you Have?
• 1 Year of experience within the Property Preservation Field
• Experience with investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, and FHA)
• Access to your own equipment, internet, a digital camera, and a reliable vehicle
• The capability to meet mandatory deadlines
• A valid driver’s license

Sand Castle Field Services is currently offering the unique experience to become an Independent Property Preservation Contractor within the states of Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.

*All qualified applicants must meet our client’s background check requirements*

Compensation for Property Preservation:
• Pay is based on investor guidelines.

Must be able to perform the following services:
• Winterizations
• Lock Changes
• Lawn Care
• Debris and Trash Removals
• Window and Door Boarding
• General Repairs
• Provide bids for all repairs necessary to bring property into marketable condition and complete services once approved

Please be advised that we are also preparing for a large amount of Exterior and Interior Inspection work within the states of MA and PA. Applicant’s willing to complete these services in addition to property preservation work will be favored. Inspections are generally completed within 7 days.

• Exterior Inspections: Include a brief exterior inspection of the property to assess the general condition and occupancy of the home. You are expected to report damages, provide digital photographs, and a condition report.

• Interior Home Inspections: Include a brief inspection of both the interior and exterior of the property. Again, you would be expected to report on damages and provide digital photographs of each room in the residence. Entrance into the residence in generally obtained by a lock box key.

Compensation for Inspections:
• You would provide an Exterior Inspection fee at the zip code level. Typically the fee ranges between $6 and $12 each. Interior Inspections are assigned at $5 above your Exterior Inspection fee for that zip code.
