We are in need of property preservation vendors! Both new and experienced vendors are encouraged to join.
Scope of Work:
- Property Inspection (Verify ICC), lock changes, winterizations, and grass cuts
- Debris Removal
- Provide damage estimates
- Repair and replacement of property items like roof, fence, gutter, deck and steps
- Meet deadlines and follow task instructions to the letter
Equipment:
- General tools & cleaning supplies
- Landscaping equipment
- Truck and trailer
- Generator & air compressor
- Stock up on HUD locks, lumber, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.
