Property Preservation Crews Needed!

We currently have work available in Indiana with expansions in Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio. The preservation work will consist of submitting bids, lock changes, lawn care service, janitorial service, maid service, trash-outs, winterizations, property maintenance and inspections.
When you are assigned to a job, be prepared to take photos before any work is completed, during the completion of work, and after you have completed the job. Taking photos is KEY!
The following will be required:
-Certificate of Insurance:
*Ultra Elite Group listed as additional insured *$1,000,000 General Liability
-Completed W-9 form
-Photos of your equipment
-Completed Vendor form
-Completed Aspen Grove Background Check
