Independent Contractors will perform Inspections, Clean Outs, Debris Removal, Yard Maintenance, and Snow Removal on HUD properties to ensure that each property remains clean, secure and well-kept until it sells. A great sideline especially if you are already set up with General Liability Insurance. Property maintenance, property management, property preservation, general contractor, or handyman background would be helpful, but not required. Training is available. We are looking for hard working, responsible, honest individuals and companies to perform duties as Subcontractors set up with your own equipment, vehicle and business insurance.
