Property preservation independent contractors

Laing Group Enterprises LLC is looking for lawn, and maintenance independent contractors to service the Los Angeles, and Orange County areas.
Work includes, but are not limited to:
Lawn maintenance/ Landscaping
- Lock changes
- Debris/trash removal
- Board Ups
- Winterization
- Light cleaning
Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license, with own vehicle (truck,trailer), and provide a copy of valid insurance.
- Provide any materials and/or tools necessary to complete work such as lawn material (lawn mower, weed eater, blower, yard maintenance tools).
- Have the ability to purchase materials necessary to complete work orders (Lock boxes, tarps, dump fees, etc).
- Have a smart phone with the ability to download, and use the required mobile app to take, and upload photos.
- Be able to pass criminal background check
- Carry general liability insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence).- Must provide copy
All work orders are sent over via spreadsheets, and order notes. Each order will require pictures of before, during, and after all work performed, and must be uploaded daily.
Subcontractors that consistently get in volume on a daily basis, and maintain their on-time percentages(95%) are the ones who expand, and have the opportunity to double, or triple their business.
We provide basic industry training on client requirements to ensure the success of vendor performance, and relationships.
