Job Responsibilities Include:
Performing prompt and quality property maintenance tasks including lock changes, debris removal, winterizations, minor roof repairs, and lawn maintenance.
Updating and processing orders via mobile applications and web platform.
Effectively communicating with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers.
Requirements for the position
Must have Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurance with $1 million coverage limits.- this can be negotiable.
Must provide own tools to complete jobs.
Must have valid ID.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must provide own means to get jobs completed.
Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions.
Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner.
