PROCARE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE is actively hiring experienced property preservation, maintenance, and repair vendors for immediate field work across multiple states. We are looking for reliable local contractors, crews, and small field service companies who can handle work orders professionally, communicate quickly, meet deadlines, and provide clear before and after photo documentation.
Immediate vendor coverage needed in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Maryland, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.

Vendor Requirements
1. Property preservation, REO, maintenance, or repair experience preferred
2. Must be responsive by phone, text, and email
3. Must be able to submit clear photos from the field
4. Must complete work within assigned deadlines
5. Must provide accurate estimates when required
6. Vendors already working in the listed counties will receive priority
