Property Preservation / REO Contractors Wanted

JGM Property Group is looking for Experienced Property Preservation & REO contractors in:
Michigan, New Jersey, Maryland: Statewide
Pennsylvania: Philadelphia and surrounding counties
We are looking for contractors who are able to provide complete post-foreclosure repairs and improvements within a 24-72 hour turnaround timeframe.
Services include:
-Window/door boarding
-Lock changes
-Winterizations
-Sump pump installation
-Debris removal
-Maid service
-Snow removal, Grass cuts, yard maintenance
-Minor repairs, plumbing, carpentry, electrical
-Minor roof repairs
-Bid approvals
-Property Condition Reports
Requirements include:
-Ability to pass Aspen Grove background check
-Self-motivated, organized, dependable
-$1 million General Liability insurance; Workers Compensation Insurance (if required); and Errors & -Omissions Insurance
-Your own tools and equipment: air compressor, generator, air compressor, lawn mower, trimmers, weed whacker, snow removal equipment, basic hand tools, etc.
-Truck & trailer
-Basic cleaning tools and supplies
-Computer, Smart phone, GPS system
-Ability to submit clear and detailed photos of all work and bids
