Property Preservation & Reo Vendors Wanted

RTR Management Group is expanding our vendor network throughout Southern California and is looking for reliable independent contractors and small crews for ongoing property preservation and REO assignments.
Service Area: Southern California, including Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties.
Services Needed
Property securing and lock changes
Debris removal and trash-outs
Lawn maintenance and landscaping
Janitorial and specialty cleaning
Minor repairs and general maintenance
Property inspections and condition documentation
General property preservation services
What We're Looking For
Reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment
Smartphone capable of taking clear photographs
Ability to follow work orders and provide accurate documentation
Dependable communication and timely completion of assignments
Appropriate licensing and insurance, where applicable
Property preservation experience is preferred, but contractors with related field-service experience are encouraged to apply.
Independent Contractor Opportunity
All assignments are issued on a work-order basis. Payment is made according to established vendor terms following completion, review, and approval of services.
