Property Preservation Specialist

We are a full-service maintenance and preservation servicing company that is currently expanding our coverage area and are seeking experienced, honest, hardworking, quality property preservation contractors.
Work will include but is not limited to.
· Grass cuts
· Board-ups
· Lock changes
· Minor repairs
· Tarp installation
. Trash Outs
. Maid services
. Eviction
. Bids
Requirements (all the below are a must- no exceptions)
· Must be Honest, Reliable and Responsible
· Must have at least 1 year of field experience in property preservation.
· Must have a smart cell phone, computer, and internet
· Must have professional lawn equipment, truck, trailer, and tools
. Must be insured
