Innovative Field Services, a regional property preservation company, is looking for reliable sub- contractors to complete preservation work in Maine
We are looking for contractors that are able to do all facets of preservation (please see examples of work types below):
• Grass Cuts
• Tree/Shrub Trimming
• Lock Changes/Securing
• Window Unit Replacement
• Door Replacements
• Roof Repair/Replacements
• Siding Repair
• Snow Removal
• Winterizations
• Trash Outs/Debris Removal
Sub-Contractor Requirements:
• General Liability Insurance
• Workers Compensation Insurance
• Necessary tools and truck
• Smartphone to take photos
• Aspen Grove background check
• Required state licenses
