Property Preservation Subcontractor Needed

Property Management company looking for reliable subcontractors to complete property preservation work.
NY: Wyoming County, Steuben County, Allegany County, Chemung County, Delaware County, Oswego County
VT: Rutland County, Bennington County, Windsor County, Windham County
MA: Middlesex County
NH: Merrimack County, Cheshire County
ME: Washington County, Hancock County, Aroostook County
The ideal subcontractor would be capable of completing all facets of preservation. This would include, but not be limited to the following:
-Initial securing
-Recurring landscape/yard maintenance
-Snow removal
-Window/Door repairs & replacements
-Roofing and Siding repairs & replacements
-Winterizations
-Debris Removal
-Remediation
Must have:
-Required insurances: general liability & workers compensation
-Equipment to effectively complete the work
-Smart phone & computer
-Able to submit and pass an Aspen Grove background check (will process if you do not have)
-Required state license's (when applicable)
Photographs will be required on each property and work must be able to be completed by due dates provided. We pay out weekly for all orders completed and made Ready For Office within that pay week. Payments are made through Direct Deposit.
