Property Preservation Subcontractor Needed

Property Management Company, looking for reliable subcontractors to complete Property Preservation work in the following counties in New York & Massachusetts.
New York:
-Greene County, Columbia County, Dutchess County, Delaware County, Chemung County, Chautauqua County, Allegany County, Erie county, Monroe & Rochester.
Massachusetts:
-Bristol, Barnstable, Norfolk counties.
The ideal subcontractor would be capable of completing all facets of Preservation. This would include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Initial Securing
- Reoccurring Landscape/Yard Maintenance
- Snow Removal
- Window/Door Repairs/Replacements
- Roofing and Siding Repairs/Replacements
- Winterizations
- Debris Removal
- Remediation
Must have:
- Required Insurances: General Liability & Workers Comp
- Smart phone and computer
- Equipment to effectively complete the work
- Required State Licenses (when applicable)
- Able to submit and pass an Aspen Grove Background Check (we will process if you do not have).
Photographs will be required on each property and work must be able to be completed by the due dates provided. We pay out weekly for all orders completed and made Ready for Office within that pay week. Payments are made through Direct Deposit.
