QT Properties LLC is seeking subcontractors to complete work orders in Maryland and TX (Bowie, Dallas, Tarrant counties).
You must have experience in property preservation
Requirements:
-able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check. (https://irecordv2.aspengrove.net/applications/irecord/?logout=true)
-valid drivers license with auto insurance
-general liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance -must be able to use Pruvan must be able to utilize email
-must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision
-must be willing to work at least 5 days a week, preferably 6
-80% of work orders include lock changes, trash outs, maid services, initial cleaning, board-ups, etc.
- provide before, during and after photos
