We are looking for independent field contractors & and handymen in New York who are experienced with lawn maintenance, Winterization, trash out, roof repair, plumbing repair, maid service, and drywall/siding repair to manage vacant/foreclosed properties for Banks.

Counties of New York : Nassau, Suffolk, Queens County


Before Apply Please Read:

* Contractors or handymen must have willing to take good photos with tape measurements for all the damages and before, during and after photos of all work completion.
*Contractors or handymen call us from the site when arrive at the property and before leaving the property.

Work to be completed:

Lock changes/Rekey/Lockbox
Bi-Weekly grass cuts
Trimming tree, shrubs, vines,
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (Plumbing, drywall, carpet, siding gutter, soffit/fascia etc.)
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair/Replace
Boarding /reglazing
Janitorial/maid services
Pool securing/Servicing
Inspections
Mold remediation.


What You’ll Need:

Aspen Grove ABC Number (required)
General Liability Insurance ($1M coverage minimum)
Worker's Comp
A strong, reliable crew with the tools to get the job done right


Payment Mode: Bank Transfer, Issue Check, Zelle

Note: We will provide additional dollar amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order.
