Ninja Group is seeking reliable subcontractors for property preservation and maintenance work in Ohio. We are interested in building long-term relationships with contractors who take pride in their workmanship, communicate clearly, and complete assignments on time.
Services we are recruiting for include:
Property securing: Lock changes, lockbox installation, and board-ups.
Trash-outs and debris removal: Interior and exterior cleanouts.
Lawn care and seasonal maintenance: Grass cuts, trimming, yard cleanup, and snow removal.
Property cleaning: Initial cleans, maid services, and broom-swept cleanups.
Repairs and winterization: Minor property repairs, roof tarping, and winterization for qualified contractors.
What we’re looking for
Contractors should have their own tools, suitable equipment, reliable transportation, and a smartphone for work-order updates and photo uploads. Clear before, during, and after photos are an essential part of each assignment.
You must be able to follow the approved work-order scope, provide measurements and supporting documentation when needed, and communicate promptly about delays, access problems, or additional work requiring approval.
Applicable insurance, licenses, and client-required background checks and onboarding must be completed before assignments begin. Property preservation experience, including familiarity with MCS work orders, is preferred.
Individual subcontractors and established crews are welcome. Tell us which services you handle—you do not need to offer every service listed.
This is a subcontractor opportunity, not an employee position. Rates and payment terms will be discussed before work is accepted. Assignments depend on available work orders, service area, and qualifications.
