Property preservation company seeking skilled and general construction laborers.
Experience preferred.
Duties may include carpentry, lock changes, snow removal, cleaning, painting, drywall, light roofing, rehabs, basic plumbing, grass cutting, initial secures, ICC bids, winterizations, ect.
Clean appearance, reliable, professional attitude and conduct a must.
Must supply your own basic hand tools for the job.
Landscaping equipment and specialty tools are provided.
MUST HAVE CLEAN AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
