Property preservation vendors are needed in multiple states to maintain foreclosed properties for financial institutions and our Realtor network. Vendors should have at least one year of property preservation experience working on bank owned property , and have a clear understanding of pre-foreclosure and REO guidelines. Vendors must carry insurance, operate and own a vehicle and have the tools necessary to complete preservation services. Qualified vendors must have access to a smart phone and lap top in order to receive and submit photos, property condition reports, bids and invoices.
