Rapidly growing property preservation company is searching for property preservation vendors and inspectors to service bank owned foreclosure properties. Services include:
Initial Inspections * Routine Inspections *Drive By Inspections * Loss Draft Inspections * ICC Inspections
Winterizations *Debris Removal *Repairs *Initial Secures *Lawn Maintenance *Repair bids and Repairs * Evictions *
Interested partners must have your own vehicles, equipment, computer, smartphone and associated tools to successfully complete the service. Insurance requirements are minimum of $1M in general liability and workers compensation.
