PROPERTY PRESERVATION VENDOR NEEDED IN TEXAS

We are seeking reliable, independent Property Preservation Vendors to perform a wide range of property maintenance and preservation services on residential and foreclosed properties. This is a contract, per-work-order position ideal for experienced contractors, handymen, or small preservation companies looking for consistent work opportunities.

Vendors will be assigned a variety of work orders, which may include but are not limited to:

1. Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping – mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, and general yard upkeep
2. Winterization – blowing out plumbing lines, shutting off water, draining systems to prevent freeze damage
3. Lock Changes – rekeying or replacing locks, installing lock boxes
4. Trash outs / Clean Outs – removing debris, personal property, and trash from vacant properties
5. Minor Repairs (Interior & Exterior) – drywall patching, painting, door/window repair, general handyman tasks etc.
6. Roofing – minor repairs, tarping, and damage assessment
7. Flooring – repair or replacement of damaged flooring
8. Siding – patching, repair, or replacement of damaged siding etc.

Additional work orders may be assigned as needed based on property condition and client requirements.

Requirements:

1. Own reliable transportation and tools/equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks.
2. Ability to travel to various property locations as assigned.
3. Smartphone or tablet capable of taking and submitting time-stamped photo documentation.
4. Valid driver's license.
5. Background check may be required.
