Cyprexx Services, LLC is currently looking to expand its vendor network in your area.
Cyprexx Vendor responsibilities include the following:
• Lock Box Changes
• Securing Property
• Winterizations/De-winterizations
• Trash-Outs
• Initial Maid Service
• Initial Grass Cut/Snow Removal
• Routine lawn maintenance
• Minor Repairs (Interior/Exterior)
• Full scope repairs
The following will need to be on file before moving forward (some of which we will send to you):
• Criminal background check.
• W9 filled out with EIN
• Vendor Agreement sent via DOCUSIGN
• Acceptable Commercial Business Insurance
• Workers Compensation coverage
