Hometech pro, proudly serving the field of Property Preservation is now expanding its coverage in IL & PA. We are looking for reliable vendors to help us establish a strong vendor base. If you are a vendor who is well-versed in REO properties and has experience working, we are looking for you.
We have a regular payment schedule of net 14 days.For

IL- Mercer, Henry, Putnam, Woodford, Knox, Henderson, Hancock, Schuler, Adams, Brown, Pike, Greene, Macouping, Clinton, Washington, Perry, Randolph and many more
PA- Entire State

Work types include, but are not limited to:
- Initial Secure
- Debris Removal
- Recurring Maintenance (Grass cuts)
- Winterization
- Landscaping
- Evictions
- Handyman Services
- Janitorial Service (Broom Sweep, Maid Refresh)
- And many more!

Requirements & Expectations:
- Vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number.
- General Liability insurance of $1M
- Experience with PPW is a plus.
- We expect proper communication via phone calls, text, and email.
- The expected turnaround time is 48-72 from assigning.
