Looking for a Potential Subcontractor To Onboard with my Property Preservation Company that Could Cover Counties in The East Tennessee Area # "Please see Attached "That Have Experience with Clients like MCS #, Cyprexx #, Servicelink # that Can Perform Property Preservation Services, Inspections & Do Bids & Sometimes Working in Hazardous & Moldy Conditions...Who Understands Industry Standards, Client Due Dates & Can Handle Themselves in A Professional Manner...Also Who Knows How To use Pruvan & PPW Mobile Apps...Also Carrying own Liability 1M insurance Would be A Plus...Will Likely Start out as A Part time Gig So other Sources of income May Be Nesscasary For the Time Being....Also Potential Subcontractors Need to Have Their own Equipment, Pickup truck, Trailer, Lawn mowing Equipment, Generator & Compressor.
