Property Preservation Company in NEED of Sub-Contractors for the Phoenix area! We preserve Foreclosure Homes for the banks. Work is provided in accordance with allowable and condition of property.
Jobs performed include but is not limited to:
-Winterizations
-Lock Changes
-Roof Work
-Pool Covering
-Lawn Care
-Window/Door Boarding
-Clean outs
-Full rehab jobs
-Mold abatement/remediation
- PLUS MORE
- Contractor Keys are mandatory!
All of the following are REQUIRED
- Smartphone in order to take before-during-after pictures
- Able to get supplies needed for order. (Locks, Winterization Supplies. ETC.)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- General misc. tools (drill, hammer, wrench, tape measure, utility knife, screw driver, etc).
- Generator, Lawnmower, compressor
- Good communication skills
