Property Preservation Company in NEED of Sub-Contractors! We preserve Foreclosure Homes for the banks. Work is provided in accordance with allowable and condition of property.
Jobs performed include but is not limited to:
-Winterizations
-Lock Changes
-Roof Work
-Pool Covering
-Lawn Care
-Window/Door Boarding
-Clean outs
-Full rehab jobs
-Mold abatement/remediation
- PLUS MORE
- Contractor Keys are mandatory!
All of the following are REQUIRED
- Smartphone in order to take before-during-after pictures
- Able to get supplies needed for order. (Locks, Winterization Supplies. ETC.)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- General misc. tools (drill, hammer, wrench, tape measure, utility knife, screw driver, etc).
- Generator, Lawnmower, compressor
- Good communication skills
