🔧 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

✅ Complete winterizations to protect vacant properties
✅ Handle grass cuts, lawn maintenance, and debris removal
✅ Conduct general repairs (roofing, drywall, plumbing, etc.)
✅ Provide maid/janitorial cleaning and hazard removal
✅ Submit inspection photos, estimates, and documentation
✅ Handle evictions, board-ups, pool securing, and more
