Secure-Pro Field Services is seeking professional, high-capacity Property Preservation Specialists to join our network. We offer consistent, high-volume work and a reliable biweekly pay schedule.  

Vendor Requirements:

*Must have an active Aspen Grove (ABC) Number.
*Must provide your own equipment, reliable transportation, and valid General Liability/Errors and Omissions insurance.
*Proven experience in property preservation and REO maintenance.
*Experience using mobile field service apps such as PPW (primary), or other industry-standard platforms
*Proficiency in mobile photo documentation and deadline management.

Full-Scale Property Preservation Services:

*Securing & Protection: Evictions, Lock changes, re-keying, boarding windows/doors, and initial secures.
*Maintenance: Grass cuts, initial yard services, and landscape maintenance.
*Debris & Hazards: Trash outs, debris removal, general cleanups, and roof tarping.
*Specialized Services: Winterizations, basement pump outs, and pool and water feature securing/removal.
