We’re expanding and looking for experienced vendors who can handle:
• General maintenance, repairs, and rehab
• Occupied maintenance, Turns, Rehab, and Renovation (Must have GC license)
• Specialized services from licensed contractors (roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC), pull out permits.
