Property Preservation Vendors Needed - Washington & Oregon

We're looking for dependable, independent Property Preservation Vendors to handle a variety of maintenance and preservation tasks on vacant, foreclosed, and residential properties. This is a per-work-order contract role, well suited for experienced contractors, handymen, or small preservation/maintenance companies seeking steady, ongoing work.
Typical Work Order Types Include:

1. Lawn Care & Landscaping – mowing, edging, trimming, debris/brush removal, general yard maintenance
2. Winterization Services – blowing out plumbing lines, shutting off water supply, draining systems to prevent freeze-related damage
3. Lock Changes & Securing – rekeying, lock replacement, lockbox installation
4. Trash-Outs / Property Clean-Outs – clearing debris, abandoned belongings, and trash from vacant properties
5. Minor Repairs (Interior/Exterior) – drywall patching, painting, door and window repair, and other general handyman work
6. Roofing – minor repairs, tarping, and damage assessments
7. Flooring – repairing or replacing damaged flooring
8. Siding – patching, repairing, or replacing damaged siding

Additional work order types may be assigned depending on property condition and client needs.
Requirements:

1. Reliable transportation plus your own tools/equipment for assigned tasks
2. Willingness to travel to different property locations as needed
3. Smartphone or tablet capable of capturing and submitting time-stamped photo documentation
4. Valid driver's license
5. May be subject to a background check
