We are seeking experienced, reliable Property Preservation Vendors to handle consistent work orders in the counties mentioned in FLORIDA. If you have a proven track record in property maintenance and repairs, we can start working together.

Payment Terms:

Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit: Reliable, on-time payments twice a month.

Scope of Work Includes (but is not limited to):

Securing: Lock changes, rekeys, and window/door boarding.
Services: Trash-outs, debris removal, janitorial cleaning, and winterization.
Landscaping: Recurring grass cuts, seasonal maintenance & landscaping bid approvals.
Repairs: Minor property repairs, roofing, and property maintenance.

Requirements:
- Active Aspen Grove ABC # (Required for all potential vendors)
- Valid equipment and coverage capability in your service areas
- Experience with PPW
