Work consist of typical property preservation work such as - rekeys, recurring lawn maintenance, winterizations, window boarding -Grass cuts/ trimming shrubs/removing trees
-Mold remediation
-Changing locks
-Boarding windows/ Doors
-Roof repairs
-Winterization/ De-Winterization
-Debris removal
-Snow removals
-Basic interior/Exterior repairs
We have a strong understanding of how to perform these jobs according to HUD guidelines
