We are receiving a large number of non-performing assets that need to be rehabbed and repaired. These assets normally need anything from drywall and painting to full gut and replace. We have multiple payment options available depending on the size and scope of the job and local Project Managers for support. Since we perform on such a large number of properties in these areas, we have massive material assistance programs that are available for you to use. THIS IS RECURRING WORK! You have the ability to either accept or decline any project sent over to you, negotiate numbers or perform partial work depending on skill sets.
