Job description:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Property Preservation and Tenant Occupied Property maintenance contractors to join our network. Our immediate need is for vendors located near or able to service the following areas in Florida:
Orlando, Melbourne Beach, Port St. Lucie, Lakeland, Tampa, North Port, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Tallahassee.
Work scope includes, but is not limited to:
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Trimming shrubs and trees
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs
- Winterization
- Janitorial Services
- Trash Outs
- Repairs/ Maintenance on tenant occupied properties
Payment Schedule:
* For Property Preservation, we offer Twice-Monthly payment schedule. We release payments on 14th & 28th of the month.
* For Tenant Occupied Maintenance we offer Weekly Payments.
