REO/Property Preservation Contractors

Gryphon Group, LLC is looking for experienced Property Preservation Vendors in North Carolina. The immediate opportunity will be working with our Realtor partners to prepare homes for sale. Your company will complete lock changes, winterize and de-winterize, interior and exterior debris removal, bi-weekly lawn care, and provide estimates for minor repairs that our Realtor network deem necessary for a successful sale. Attention to detail, excellent communications skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are a must in order to be successful. Vendors must have their own vehicles, tools, materials, insurance and be able to pass a background check. Gryphon Group, LLC has been in the Property Preservation Industry for over 15 years.
