REO Property Preservation / Lawn Care / Securing / Trashouts / Insurance Scope rehab

Xpert Field Services LLC is a full-service maintenance and preservation servicing company that is currently seeking Independent contractors with experience working in the Property Preservation industry.
Types of work but not limited to:
Securing/Boarding
Landscaping
Debris Removal
Lawn Care / Snow Removal
Eviction Assistance
Sales Clean / Maid Refresh
Occupancy Inspection.
Insurance Scope work which can include all sorts of major repair.
We have unassigned properties from FNMA and MCS in the following Counties:
NY: Westchester, Ulster, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Bronx, Rockland, New York, Kings, Queens, Nassau.
CT: Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex, Litchfield, Hartford, Tolland.
MA: Hampden, Hampshire, Berkshire, Franklin.
NJ: Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Bergen, Union, Middlesex, Monmouth.
We are also looking for vendors in Indiana and Kentucky region
**Our payment term is Weekly**
