Gryphon Group is seeking experienced and insured property preservation vendors to secure, winterize, trash out, and complete minor repairs and bi-weekly maintenance services on REO property. These properties are listed with our Realtor network and you will be working as a team to get the property ready to market. Vendors must have at least one year experience in the Mortgage Field Services industry, all the necessary tools, licenses and equipment to operate independently and be able to pass a background check.
