Property Preservation Company looking to bring on experienced preservation subcontractors to cover:
STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA
STATE OF NEW YORK
We are looking for strong team players who complete quality work! Position is a 1099 and pay is per work order completed.
Requirements for this position include:
-Experience in the field of property preservation, a minimum of 3 year required
-Have own tools, truck, smart phone, and computer
-Familiar with Property Preservation Wizard (PPW) app & desktop platform
-Have an active Aspen Grove ABC#
-Have general liability insurance with a minimum $1M coverage policy
-Must be able to complete work within a 1-5 day window time frame, dependent on the urgency of the work order
-Must be able to follow directions and pay close attention to detail
-Must be able to take 200-400+ photos which need to be clear (not blurry) and during daylight hours
-Must be able to complete all or some of the following work order types: grass cuts, landscaping, snow removals, debris removal, janitorials, boarding, general repairs, mold remediation, plumbing repairs, electric repairs, HVAC repairs, water pump outs, roofing services, lock changes, bid requests, evictions, occupancy verification, and more.
Pay Schedule is as follows:
Invoiced work orders between 1st and 15th will be paid on the Last day of Month.
Invoiced work orders between 16th and last day of month paid on following 15th.
