Hello,
We are currently looking for a representative in Kitsap County Washington to take photos and descriptions of properties for banks and servicing companies. I have broken down the area(s) we would like covered below. Please keep in mind hat number may very slightly month to month, but never a drastic amount. Each “order” consists of 6+ photos and a description of the property(color, construction type, garage, stories, condition, occupancy, etc) and is completed via smart phone, tablet or laptop using an offline application. You are an independent contractor(1099) and are self employed, you do not need any previous experience or license.

Kitsap County Math: Coming from Pierce County, if you live in Kitsap, you could make more.
585 insp monthly @ $5.50 = $3217.50 a working 2 to 3 days per week. $38,610 yearly, with $200.00 per week in gas $800.00 per month, yearly you could make $28,986 with a part time job. Avg is about $28.00 per hour assuming that you take a full 8 hours per trip(mapped each trip was about 6.5 hours, including drive time from pierce County 98371)
I pulled weekly totals for January below:
Dec 31st – Jan 6th 100 insp total = would require 2 runs in this week
Jan 07-13th – 81 insp total = would require 2 runs in this week
Jan 14-20th – 175 insp total = would require 3 runs in this week
Jan 21st – 27th - 128 insp total = would require 2 runs in this week
Jan 28th - Feb 3rd – 100 insp total = would require 2 runs in one week
