We're a property preservation and field services company actively growing our vendor network across Florida — and we want reliable crews who take pride in their work.
**Recruiting Statewide with a focus on the following areas**
Osceola, Brevard, Orange, Lake, and Marion counties — If you're nearby and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
**Work we're staffing:**
Lawn maintenance & landscaping, debris/trash-outs, lock changes & re-keys, board-ups & securing, winterizations, bidding inspections, photos, and general property preservation & REO.
**What we're looking for:**
- Dependable vendors who hit deadlines and document their work
- Proper equipment and transportation
- General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Smartphone for photos and updates
- A "do it right the first time" mindset
We pay fairly, communicate clearly, and treat our vendors like the partners they are — because a business is only as strong as the crews behind it.
